What are your business goals for the new year? We believe in aiming high, working hard, and turning every step of the way into an opportunity that we can learn and grow from. We found that setting a goal and sharing it with our team has created some accountability internally and gotten all of us excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. 2022 was a year of growth for our team and we're beyond grateful for each of our customers, friends, and community members who helped us make it possible.
 
 

Reaching Farther
We've always had a vision to expand our geographic footprint throughout the midwest, and over time we've been able to see that vision turn into a reality. With customers in Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio we were able to continue that forward motion and are excited to announce that we now have two new offices with team members in Cloverdale, IN and Starkville, MS. We're genuinely grateful for the referrals and new customers that have trusted and allowed us to assist with their IT needs. This year we hope to continue to expand and help even more businesses achieve their IT goals.

Leading From Within
It's true that when you surround yourself with good people, you'll go far. This sentiment has held true, as we have a number of team members that have been with us for nearly two decades. Many of them have the desire and know-how to climb the corporate ladder, take on new challenges, and advance their careers - all of which are traits that we love about these folks. If you've been with us for a while, you're sure to recognize some of the people who've earned recent promotions (see the current list here) We're confident that in the year ahead you'll see more names being added to that list.

In addition to promoting our talent from within, our expanded geographic footprint has allowed us to welcome new talent to our team as well (see our new team members here). More robust service offerings
We all agree that it's nice when you can get everything you need in one place. That's why we're so excited to offer our customers even more solutions and services through the help of our sister companies. GigTel is a cloud-based voice platform that offers a variety of advanced communications solutions for business such as auto-attendant, ring-groups, E911, local numbers, music-on-hold, and much more.

Rounding out the new services include those of our second sister company, Synergetics DCS, who fulfills needs such as physical security solutions and interactive classroom solutions.

We feel fortunate to have been given the opportunity to partner with these amazing organizations, which enhances our level of expertise and provides our teammates with more opportunities to grow and flourish within our organization.
